Terms and Conditions

It is the guests’ responsibility to read and understand all of the terms and conditions set forth. By participating in any event conducted by Food Fun Adventure, including but not limited to excursions and classes, a guest has read and understood the Company’s Waiver and Release of Claims. Once tickets are purchased, a deposit is made or paid directly with Google Check Out, guests have agreed to the following binding policies:

•Cancellation Policy: All tickets sold are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or rescheduled. No refunds are granted. If an event is cancelled by Food Fun Adventure, the excursion or class will be rescheduled.

•Checking in: During automated purchase process with our booking system, you must review all booking details. 1) Hand the printed copy of your ticket to concierge, or 2) Give the first and last name of the person who booked the tickets to your concierge.

•Arriving late: Please make sure to make the necessary arrangements to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event as we are not able to accommodate guests arriving late. During our events, we are on a schedule with all the venues we visit or use. Food Fun Adventure representatives are not able to take your phone calls the day of the event. Should guests arrive late to an event, they may join in but accommodations to recapture previous stops or information are not possible.

•Weather Conditions: We conduct events rain or shine. You are advised to carry an umbrella and dress appropriately for weather conditions. A Food Fun Adventure representative will suspend an event at his/her discretion. If an event is suspended, you will be reimbursed for the portion remaining. If a concierge does not suspend the tour but you do not want to continue with the tour or do not show, you will not be reimbursed for the ticket price. You are responsible for yourself and your own safety.

•Dietary restrictions. We can accommodate most food restrictions with advance notice. We need to know of any food restrictions at the time you are booking so that we have the needed time to work on the logistics. Some venues will not be able to accommodate all restrictions and will need to be omitted for that particular guest.

•“Hold the day/Private Tour” A $300 deposit is required to hold a date for a private excursion. The $300 will be deducted of you final bill. A payment invoice will be sent and full payment is due two weeks prior to tour date. A 15% gratuity will be added to your bill for private parties of 6 people and larger. We are not able to guarantee space availability for additional people after you have made a booking with a specific number of people as we depend on third party venues. If 10 days notice is given, we will work on the logistics to accommodate the additional persons.

◦Reservations are only confirmed when deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledge by Food Fun Adventure. Booking is subject to availability.

•Food Fun Adventure is not responsible for the foods or beverages consumed on its tours. Food Fun Adventure acts solely as agent in arranging tours, transportation, venue visits and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any company, organization or person engaged in transporting passengers, rendering service, or carrying out arrangements for any tour or by the act of default of any restaurant or shop or its employees. Please refer to Waiver of Liability that you must accept during the ticket purchasing process. •Right to Distribute Media: You agree to grant the Company an irrevocable royalty-free worldwide license to use photos and videos taken on its food tours in which you may appear. The Company has the right to reproduce, distribute, broadcast, exhibit, edit, digitize or in any other way use the Material by any means and in any form of media, whether existing now or created later, without restriction worldwide, by incorporating the Material into its website, catalogs, books, brochures, magazines or any other publications, or any informational, commercial, promotional or advertising material (henceforth known collectively as the “Works”). You agree that the company is and shall be the exclusive owner of all title, rights and interest in the Material and the Works, including copyright thereof.
