Level III | Advance Cooking Classes
The from homemade to gourmet series is for serious cook wanting to learn the tricks of the trade used by restaurant chefs around the world. In this series you will explore cuisine from round the world. After just a few classes you will be able to cook like a pro.

Team Building
iCulinary Studio is the perfect activity for corporate team-building. We tailor the menu and theme to your event.
We break the group into several teams depending on your groups’ size. Each team is provided several different recipes to work on together. Participants learn all about International Cuisine, some knife skills, wine tasting while working together to create a fabulous 5 to seven course gourmet meal.
When each team has completed their recipes (this usually takes 2.5 hours) we sit together and dine on the delicious meal they have created complete with wine pairing. We can provide either lunch or dinner based on the clients’ preference and participants will take home a booklet of all the recipes that were prepared that day.
