Tour Concierge:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Tour preparations
- Greeting, guiding, coordinating groups
- Prompt administrative paperwork
Requirements:
- Big personality, friendly
- At least 20 years of age
- Reliable transportation and great work ethic
- Able to speak comfortably to a group
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Mobile phone during tour
- Access to internet
- Available at least 2 Saturday afternoons per month
Locations:

Tour Supervisor:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Tracking event hours, employee time sheets, and tour supplies
- Contact potential venders
- Tour concierge work

Administrative Assistant – Orlando
Definition and Purpose: This position provides administrative and logistical support..
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of written correspondence, e-mail, and expense reimbursement forms.
- Coordinating various activities, reports, and regional correspondences.
- Logistical support including travel arrangements, as well as scheduling travel and interview schedules.
- Facilitates communication between the home office and field staff, and between the field staff and customers and/or vendors outside FFA Orlando.
- Preparation of meeting materials including presentations, invitations, agendas and handouts.
- Tracks regional budgets and keeps regional and national director informed on budget status.
- Answering phones.
- Interacting with customers/clients face-to-face.
- Organization of files.
- Maintains managers’ business calendar as instructed.
- Arrange meeting and sales calls, and vendor support visits.
Preferred Work Experience:
- 1 year or equivalent of administrative work, supervision, advising, and/or public relations.
- Customer Service preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Awareness of, and appreciation for, individual uniqueness and diversity.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work unsupervised.
- 40 wpm
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
